Admission Instruction: -
Please note that the registrations are open only for Pre-School/ Nursery.
(Age: 3+ but Less than 04 years as on 31st March 2025)
Important: -
1. Please read all the points carefully before filling the online registration form.
2. This registration form is only for General category students. The cost of the registration form is Rs. 25/- which is non-refundable.
3. You are advised to fill in the ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. (Offline Forms are also available at school reception on all working days between 08:30 am to 03:00 pm)
4. You will receive an acknowledgement mail having registration number and payment details.
5. Online and Offline forms are available from Thursday, 28th November 2024 to Friday, 20th December 2024. The last date to submit the form is 20th December 2024.
6. Children whose birth date falls between 1st April 2021 - 31st March 2022 are eligible for registration for the academic session 2025-2026.
7. The admission process has been designed to provide equal opportunity to all and to maintain transparency in the admission process.
8. Those who will be selected after the draw of lots will be called for the verification of the documents. Please bring original documents along with self-attested photocopies on the day of verification.
9. The criteria for admission under open seats are as follow: -

10. Documents to be submitted for Selected Candidates are: -
A. Birth Certificate
B. Residential Address Proof (Anyone): -
- Ration Card
- Voter I-Card of any of the parents
- Electricity Bill / Water Bill/ MNTL telephone bill
- Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
- Aadhar card issued in the name of any of the parents
C. Copy of the latest paid fee bill of the sibling, if studying in SBGS (if applying under SIBILING CATEGORY)
D. Copy of Class XII Certificate / School leaving Certificate of any of the parent (if applying under Parent Alumni Category).
11. Admission Schedule for Pre-School/ Nursery Class 2025-26 is as follow: -
A. Commencement of admission process: 28.11.2024 (Thursday)
B. Commencement of availability of Registration forms: 28.11.2024 (Thursday)
C. Last date of submission of Registration Forms (Online/ Offline): 20.12.2024 (Friday)
D. Uploading details of Children who applied to the school for admission under General open seats: 03.01.2025 (Friday)
E. The date for displaying the 1st list of selected Candidates (including waiting list) along with the allotted points to each student: 17.01.2025 (Friday)
F. The date for displaying the 2nd list of selected Candidates (including waiting list) along with the allotted points to each student: 03.02.2025 (Monday)
G. Closure of Admission process: 14.03.2025 (Friday)
